  • Once you have specified the location, click Save on the bottom right corner of the window.
  • After you have saved the file, go to the location on your computer where you saved it, and double-click on the file you wish to open.
  • Once you have opened the file, we suggest that you delete the blank links in the document and replace them with the information you wish to go in that space. You may optionally underscore the text you type to make it stand out in a professional manner.
NOTE: If you wish to re-download your purchase at a later time, check your email as the document has already been emailed as an attachment to the email address you specified. Aggressive anti-spam filters sometimes cause our emails to go to your Spam or Junk mail folder, so make certain you check that folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

PROBLEM OPENING THE FORM?

If the form you purchased will not load on your computer, then the word processor you are using (if you are not using Microsoft Word) may not be fully compatible with Microsoft Word documents. If you are using Microsoft Word, your copy of Microsoft Word may not be activated, thereby only allowing you to view, but not change, the document.

If Microsoft Word is not available to you, and if you don't wish to use the fill-in-the-blank only Adobe PDF version of the form you purchased, we highly recommend that you download a free word processor that can reliably read Microsoft Word documents. Although our documents generally look and print best in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF, we have found that LibreOffice is an excellent alternative for Windows, Mac, and Linux users. You may download LibreOffice for free by clicking here.

PROBLEM PRINTING THE FORM'S PAGE BORDERS?

To remove the page borders in Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010, you may follow this procedure: Within Microsoft Word, click on the Page Layout tab, and then click Page Borders. Under Setting, click None, and then click OK.

To remove the page borders inMicrosoft Word 2013, you may follow this procedure: Within Microsoft Word, click on the Design tab, and then click Page Borders. Under Setting, click None, and then click OK.
