Urban Spotless tailored these packages to fit homes of varying sizes, varying materials and added top notch products to ensure everyone receives the royal treatment; a maid & butler quality service. Urban Spotless had a vision and brought it to life - an innovative view on cleaning and is currently setting the example for the new era of cleaning businesses.

At Urban Spotless we have extensive Employee Training programs set into place in order to maintain an across-the-board consistency of high quality standards.
This includes classroom and shadowed on-the-job training in non-client based residences. Our employees are taught to practice following our Code of Conduct and are taught how to clean safely, effectively and efficiently.
Our cleaning specialists are always punctual and we ensure our clients receive a text message announcing the arrival and departure of our staff members.
You can safely rely on our luxury eco-friendly lines that renders your home the closest to being allergens- free. Our products are locally handmade in Canada and contain therapeutic grade essential oils and natural minerals that have been proven to be the safest for both surface and air quality to guarantee new parents a peace of mind.
At Urban Spotless we truly realize what the terms ‘bonded’ and ‘insured’ should mean. Our comprehensive insurance and bonding ensures our staff, customers and their investments are protected and well cared for. Unlike other cleaning companies, we are insured for up to $2,000,000 in the event of an accident and provide both Blanket Fidelity and Business Services Bonding. Workers Compensation Insurance is also rarely found within the cleaning industry, as businesses tend to ignore what we feel should be a legally required coverage. A client to those businesses could face a lot of costs and losses pertaining to accidents and thefts on the job and could loose their assets without being able to retrieve them through insurance.
Prior to hiring, our employees undergo aptitude testing and personal face-to-face interviewing. Following the success of a formal interview with the candidate we conduct thorough reference checks, and require a full criminal background check on each future employee. We have policies set forth that bond employees from the very beginning of their employment. We provide Blanket Fidelity and Business Services Bonding, a comprehensive insurance program with a care, custody and control clause to protect our clients as well as our employees and our business against theft, loss and injury. Our employees are also covered under the ‘Workers Compensation Board’ (WCB).

We look for ways to conserve raw materials and seek manufacturers and products which need less energy use to produce a package and reduce green house gas emissions. We only purchase safe, food grade, re-usable and recyclable PET plastic packaging for our products; PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate. It is commonly used to package soft drinks, water, juice, and other liquids as well as peanut butter and salad dressings. Sustainable manufacturers of PET plastic work to reduce the environmental footprint of their package through reduced or renewable energy use.
PET is lightweight and can be packed and shipped efficiently, reducing fuel requirements and greenhouse gas emissions during transport, helping to support our sustainable transport initiative.
Employee Commuting Program For this initiative to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, we set into a place an employee-commuting program. Our staff are provided with fuel efficient vehicles that are driven by teams of 2, 3 or more, to reduce the number of vehicles on the road.
